Bob'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3 large eggs
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
4 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 lb. crisp bacon
1 small can pitted black olives
2 Tbsp. mustard
3 Tbsp. olive oil
mayonnaise to taste
salt to taste
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes, hard-boil eggs, chop celery, onion, parsley and olives and microwave bacon crisp.
In large bowl, add chopped ingredients and olive oil; mix.
Cool and chop eggs; add to chopped ingredients.
Add potatoes.
Chop and add bacon.
Add mayonnaise and mustard.
Mix thoroughly; refrigerate.
