Honey Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 broiler-fryers (2 1/2 to 3 lb. each), split
Preparation

Melt butter in small saucepan.
Blend in remaining ingredients and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Cool.
This makes 1 1/2 cups sauce. Pour sauce over chicken halves in shallow pan.
Allow to marinate a few hours before cooking.
Place chicken halves cavity down on grill.
Cook slowly 40 to 45 minutes, basting frequently with sauce.
Turn and cook meat side down for 10 more minutes.
