Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. milk, heated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange potatoes in layers in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with onion, salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter. Add hot milk.
    Bake, uncovered, about 1 1/4 hours. Yields 4 servings.
