Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. peppers, soak for 12 to 18 hours
    1 1/2 c. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    10 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil 20 minutes for quarts and 10 minutes for pints until capped.
