Apricot Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. bran
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can water packed apricots
1 large egg
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. packed chopped dried apricots
Preparation

Oil muffin pans.
Fork stir all dry ingredients together. Drain apricots and blend on low speed.
Add oil and egg; blend well.
Stir blender mixture into dry ingredients mixing to moisten. Stir in chopped apricots.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins and they freeze well.
