Potatoes And Carrots Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sliced peeled potatoes
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    In a greased 2-quart casserole, place potatoes, carrots, green pepper and onion.
    Combine half the cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour over vegetables and gently toss.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until tender.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes more. Serves 6.
