Meat Filled Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. minced onion
garlic salt
black pepper
Preparation

Marinate mushrooms
in\tsoy
sauce
for
1
hour.
Chop stems. Mix ground beef, green pepper, bread crumbs, egg yolk, onion, garlic
salt
and
pepper.\tDrain caps, stuff and mound high. Brush tops with soy sauce and broil 8 to 10 minutes and freeze. Bring to room temperature and bake at 350\u00b0 (preheated oven) for 8 to 10 minutes.
