Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger meat (lean)
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped bell pepper
2 slices bread, crumbled fine
2 eggs
3 pieces bacon
salt and pepper to taste
ketchup for top
Preparation

Mix hamburger, onion and bell pepper.
Add eggs and bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place bacon strips on bottom of pan.
Mold meat loaf to fit over bacon.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
When meat loaf is halfway done, top with ketchup and finish cooking.
Let meat loaf set 10 minutes before slicing.
