Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream-style corn or 1 can cream-style and 1 can Mexicorn with juice
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
