Onion Beef Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. butter
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. water
    4 c. bread cubes
    1/2 c. celery leaves
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef with salt, pepper, allspice and nutmeg.
    Set aside in large bowl.
    Melt 1/2 of the butter in pan drippings.
    Stir in onion and celery; cook until tender.
    Stir in remaining butter and water and bring to a boil. Pour on meat mixture and mix in celery leaves and bread cubes. Chill, then stuff turkey when ready to cook.
