Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tsp. warm water
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. honey
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift together the flours, baking powder, salt and soda.
Cut in margarine.
Mix yeast with warm water.
Add yeast mixture, honey and buttermilk to dry ingredients.
Knead 5 to 10 times on a floured surface.
Roll and cut with biscuit cutter.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake on a greased baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
