Molasses Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 to 2 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/3 c. sugar (to roll balls into)
Preparation
    Cream together oil,
    eggs
    and\tsugar.\tSift flour with soda, cinnamon and ginger.
    Mix
    well;
    form
    dough into small balls. Roll into sugar.
    Place
    on
    cookie sheet. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until top cracks.
