Cheddar Cheese Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Process cheese and butter. Add flour and pepper.
Cut into 3 sausage type rolls.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut into 1/8-inch chips.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
