Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 rounded Tbsp. flour
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and flour.
    Mix well.
    Stir in milk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Pie is done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
