Summer Squash Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size yellow squash
    2 c. fresh spinach
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    bread crumbs
    thin shredded cheese
    pepper for flavor
Preparation
    Cut squash lengthwise and boil for 5 minutes.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Bring 2 cups of spinach to a boil, drain when completed. Combine together spinach, chopped onion and sour cream. Place spinach inside each piece of squash.
    Sprinkle on bread crumbs, lightly.
    Finally top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
