Everlast Yeast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. warm potato water
    1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Place in warm area to rise until ready to use to bake with.
    Keep 1/2 of the amount for a \"start\" next time.
    Feed with the same ingredients for the next baking.
    Each time remember to keep half and use half. Refrigerate.
