Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper and flatten with a rolling pin.
    Combine honey and mustard and spread on both sides of chicken.
    Dredge in chopped pecans. Arrange in lightly greased shallow dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until done.
