Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine salad oil and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Add grated carrots.
    Mix well.
    Turn into three 8-inch layer cake pans which have been greased and floured.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
    When completely cool, fill and frost with Nut Icing.
