Linda'S Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 beaten egg
    slices of American cheese
    1 large red apple, chopped
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve juice.
    Combine sugar, juice, flour and egg in saucepan.
    Blend well.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
