Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients; chill.
    Form into a log and roll in pecans and parsley flakes.
