Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and flour together. Add water and cook until clear.
    Add lemon juice, rind and butter. Add egg yolks and cook 2 minutes.
    Put in baked pie shell.
    Use egg whites for making meringue or whipped topping may be used.
