Basta Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh pasta
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Prosciutto, shredded
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. sage
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Melt oil and butter in skillet.
    Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
    Add Prosciutto, tomato, nutmeg, sage and cream.
    Heat over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes until thick.
    Pour sauce on cooked pasta.
    Add Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
