Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. beef broth or consomme or bouillon
    1 can/jar mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frying pan.
    Brown rice and onions in margarine, stirring frequently.
    Pour beef broth, mushrooms, onions and browned rice in casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
