Cranberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. of cherry gelatin
    1 (7 oz.) ginger ale
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 can jellied cranberry sauce
    8 oz. cream cheese, cubed as small as miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add water to juice to equal one cup, heat to boiling. Add gelatin, cranberry sauce, ginger ale, chopped nuts, cream cheese and pineapple. Put mixture in a one quart mold or casserole dish and congeal.
