Hard Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. water
Preparation

Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310\u00b0.
Remove from heat. After boiling has stopped, stir in flavoring of your choice and food coloring.
Pour into lightly greased cookie sheet.
Cool and break or cut into pieces.
Shake in bag of powdered sugar and store in Tupperware or airtight container.
