Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box long grain and wild rice (Riceland), seasoned and cooked according to directions
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion with tops, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add all other ingredients, mixing well.
    Bake in a buttered casserole dish at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
