Onion-Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton golden onion soup mix
    1/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick; about 3 lb.)
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. In lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chops. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until done, turning once.
