Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
2 lb. 8 oz. canned pumpkin
2 1/2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In mixer bowl, combine flour, sugars and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Mix in walnuts.
Mix in margarine until crumbly.
Do not overmix.
Reserve 2 1/4 cups mixture for topping. To remaining mixture, add 1 egg; mix until dough forms.
Spread dough on bottom of ungreased 12 x 18-inch pan.
In mixer bowl, combine pumpkin, condensed milk, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, allspice and salt; mix well.
Pour evenly over crust.
Top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool; chill.
Refrigerate unused portions.
