Ingredients

1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. shortening
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Combine pudding and Bisquick mix in a bowl.
Cut in shortening; mixture should resemble coarse meal.
Stir in egg and milk; blend well.
Stir in coconut and orange peel.
Form dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
