Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. carrots
1 c. processed cheese spread
3/4 stick butter
8 to 10 crumbled Ritz crackers
Preparation

Slice and cook carrots until tender; drain.
Melt margarine and cheese together.
Pour over carrots.
Sprinkle crumbled crackers over carrots and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
