Crusty White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. salad oil
    6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 3 cups of flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix in enough of the remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Turn dough onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl.
    Brush top with salad oil.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double, about 45 minutes.
