Stack-A-Biscuit Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1- 3 1/2 oz. can french fried onions or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1- 10 oz. can biscuits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Brown ground beef, drain.
    Mix into 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole.
    Ground beef, mushrooms and onions.
    In medium saucepan, heat mushroom soup until bubbly, stir in 1/2 cup of sour cream.
    Pour over meat mixture.
