Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    pinch of sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    With a fork mix together flour, Crisco, salt, sugar and vinegar.
    In a separate bowl beat egg and water.
    Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
    Then with hands mold into a ball.
    Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling. Dough can be left in refrigerator up to 3 days.
