Kottbollar(Swedish Meatballs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
2 lb. ground pork
2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. milk
8 eggs
2 tsp. nutmeg
8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Mix ground beef and pork well.
Beat milk and eggs together and pour over bread crumbs.
When soft, mix with meat and work well together.
Add spices and onion.
Work all together until light and fluffy.
Form into small balls (size of a walnut) and brown in deep fat, turning them as they brown.
A little hot water may be added while simmering.
Makes 90 small balls.
