Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. red potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes.
Mash them, adding milk, butter and garlic powder.
Then add sour cream and cream cheese.
You can refrigerate the potatoes and heat them up the next day, or use them on the day they are prepared.
