A Child'S Delight Hopscotch Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
    8 tsp. strawberry preserves
    4 (3/4 oz.) slices American cheese
    3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced lengthwise into 4 slices
    8 slices crisply cooked bacon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spread each slice of toast with 2 teaspoons strawberry preserves.
    Top each with 1 slice of cheese, 3 slices of egg and 2 slices of bacon.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
