Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast (lean)
    1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix
Preparation
    Place raw roast in crock-pot.
    Sprinkle dressing mix evenly over the top.
    Cover and cook on low for 12 hours.
    If you wish to slice the beef, refrigerate the cooked roast for 4 hours, slice and return to juice in the crock-pot.
    If desired, you can shred the cooked meat and leave in the juices.
    This is so easy and always turns out delicious.
    Serve on buns.
