Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sliced pineapple (save juice)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (12 oz.) can cocktail peanuts, chopped
3 unpeeled apples, diced
Preparation

Cut pineapple in small pieces.
Add marshmallows to pineapple chunks.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour and vinegar until thick.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, add Cool Whip and pineapple and marshmallow mixture together with pineapple juice mixture with apples and peanuts.
