Macaroni 'N Cheese Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. green peppers
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. can tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain and rinse.
    Brown ground beef, onions and green peppers in skillet.
    Stir in flour and add tomatoes.
    Cook until mixture thickens, then stir in cheese, seasoning and macaroni.
