Smoked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Head of Cabbage
    1 lb. Pork Sausage
    1 Medium Onion, chopped
    1 Garlic Clove, chopped
    1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
    1 tsp. Dill Weed
    1 tsp. Cilantro
Preparation
    1. Cut the base off the cabbage and set to the side to be used later for a cap. 2. Dig a hole into the cabbage through the base but not all the way through.
    Set aside \"insides\" for later use. 3. Brown the pork sausage with the onion and all the in gedients. Spoon the sausage into the cabbage shell.
    Replace cabbage cap. 4. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on grill (medium heat) for appx 1 hour.
    Any left over sausage can be mixed with the cabbage cut out of the center and wrapped in aluminum foil also.
