Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 (11 oz. size) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 3/4 c. whipped topping, thawed
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl until dissolved.
    Stir in measured liquid.
    Refrigerate 1 1/4 hours until slightly thickened.
