Fried Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
    salt and pepper
    sliced dill pickles
    oil (for deep frying)
    8 oz. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix beaten egg with milk, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce and 1 tablespoon flour.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix 2 cups flour with salt and pepper to taste in a separate bowl. Dip pickles in egg mixture, then into flour, then into egg and back into flour.
    Fry in 350\u00b0 oil until golden brown.
