Apple Lasagna(Makes 12 To 15 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar
    1 c. Ricotta
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 (20 oz.) cans apple pie filling
    8 uncooked lasagna noodles
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    6 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. quick cooking oats
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash of ground nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook noodles, rinse and drain; set aside.
    Combine Cheddar, Ricotta, egg, granulated sugar and almond extract in medium bowl; blend well.
    Spread 1 can apple pie filling over bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Layer 4 noodles over filling, spread cheese mixture over noodles.
    Top with remaining 4 noodles, then remaining can of pie filling.
