Barbecue Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    3 onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. hot mustard
Preparation
    Brown roast and place into Dutch oven.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add tomato sauce and rest of ingredients.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
    Remove meat to platter; blend the flour and water and add to drippings, stirring until gravy is thick and smooth.
    Serve with meat.
