Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute chicken, onion, garlic, celery, green pepper and mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add flour and mix well. Add salt and pepper, then slowly stir in chicken broth and tomatoes.
    Simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes.
    Pour over spaghetti.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Cheddar cheese and bake in oven until cheese melts.
