Beef Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak (cut in pieces) or cube steaks
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can tomato paste
2 c. hot water
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Pound meat thin.
Dip in egg, then in cheese-crumb mixture. Brown in oil, then place in shallow wide baking dish.
