Pork Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork (chops or tenderloin)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put meat in skillet. Mix ingredients and pour over meat. Stir; cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Serve on rice.
