4 oz. tree-ripened olives
1 medium green pepper
1 small onion
1 c. tomato sauce
3/4 c. tomato paste
1 to 2 c. CASHEW CHEESE
Preparation

Dice olives,
green pepper and onion.
Add tomato sauce and paste.
Combine with CASHEW CHEESE.
Spread on whole wheat French rolls.
Broil until toasted.
Serves 15.
