Jo'S Celery Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. bread crumbs
4 c. celery, sliced fine
4 c. onion, sliced fine
1 Tbsp. sage
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 c. butter
4 c. chicken stock
parsley flakes
Preparation
-
Saute onion, celery and seasonings in butter until translucent.
Add stock; fold in bread crumbs.
Season cavity with salt and pepper.
Stuff bird.
