Veal Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended, using a large spoon or your hands.
    Press into a loaf pan.
    Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more to brown the top.
